- Sandals, shoes with heels and flip-flops, slippers, and clogs, as well as shorts or skirts above the knees are not allowed inside the Cathedral. Please bring a scarf to cover up before entering.
- Children under the age of 7 are not allowed on the Duomo Terraces for safety reasons. Youth ages 7-18 must be accompanied by an adult to climb the Terraces.

- Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
- This tour is not suitable for pregnant women, those with heart conditions, dizziness, or claustrophobia, as well as individuals with mobility impairments or wheelchair users.
