After visiting Muir Woods & Sausalito, our driver/guide will bring you to Pier 33, Alcatraz landing. A headset with an Audio guide is included. You will catch the Ferry to Alcatraz and spend your time there. After the tour, the Ferry will bring you back to Pier 33.

After the city tour, we will bring you to Pier 33, Alcatraz Landing. You will go to Alcatraz on your own, after the tour, the boat will bring you back to Pier 33. After Alcatraz, you need to return to your hotel alone. Walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf hotels or Uber/taxi to downtown.

    Go through the city and listen to the narrated tour. From Union Square to the Wharf to the Bridge. On your way, you will pass by The Palace of Fine Arts which was built for Panama-Pacific International Exposition held in San Francisco in 1915 to celebrate the completion of the Panama Canal, but it was widely seen in the city as an opportunity to showcase its recovery from the 1906 earthquake.

    Golden Gate Bridge

    Muir Woods National Monument

    You will spend one hour and twenty minutes in the Muir Woods, US National Monument. Just 12 miles North of the city, see the tallest trees in the world, the Coastal Sequoias. Millions of years ago, sequoia trees grew throughout North America. Today, the Sequoias can be found only along the coast of California and Oregon. By the beginning of the 20th century, most of them were destroyed by fires and humans. One valley named Redwood Canyon remained uncut, mainly due to its relative inaccessibility. You will see majestic trees, you may meet dears, turkeys, chipmunks, and squirrels. You will enjoy the forest air and the stunning beauty of the tallest living objects on Earth.

    After Sausalito, we will bring you to Alcatraz Landing on Pier 33 in the city. Here you will catch a boat to Alcatraz, a small Island in San Francisco Bay where the Federal Penitentiary was located from 1934 until 1963. It held the most notorious prisoners in American history, including gangsters, notorious bank robbers, and murderers... You can spend there as much time as you want, but do not miss the last boat!
