Most of the public transport busses do not have seat reservation system and there is no guarantee that you will receive a seat.
When you book your seat with us, you will get a guaranteed seat and your seat number is printed on the ticket. All the busses are luxury, Air conditioned ones. Phone charging facility (USB) are provided in your seat.

Meeting and pickup
This is the place where the bus is parked. We communicate the bus number and seat number in advance. Travelers have to come to this location and get into the relevant bus.
This is the Dambulla Bus stand. If you want to get down at a separate place before reaching Kandy (En route) please inform the staff in the bus. They will do the needful. Please make sure to get down at this bus stop as bus will not end the journey here.
What to expect
You can reach the Bastian Mawatha Bus Stand in Colombo 30 Minutes prior to the departure time. You can see "Kandy" board displayed there. Bus is parked at this place. You can see the bus number plate which is mentioned in your e-ticket and get into the bus.
There will be luggage compartment in the bus you can use it to store yours.
Staff in the bus will announce when bus reaches Kandy. Please make sure to get down at Kandy bus stand since bus will travel beyond Kandy too.
