This 2 hour fun-packed tour is designed specifically with children in mind, but we are sure the whole family will be thoroughly entertained. You will meet your guide at the Sforza Castle, home of bygone knights and Dukes, and begin a tour of discovery, uncovering some of the Fortress’ many secrets. The heyday of this Castle was during the rule of the Visconti and Sforza families who over the centuries welcomed the greatest artists of the time inside the castle walls to create their wonderful works of art.  Your guide will awake your children’s curiosity with trivia and games, learning about the castle’s history and the artists who painted here, masters such as Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci. There is a wealth of history at the Sforza Castle and the children will enjoy finding out about the Symbols on the courtyard walls that are representations of family crests.  You visit all courtyards: the Ducal courtyard; the Spanish hospital (used as an infirmary during the Spanish occupation); the Rocchetta courtyard, the fortress within the fortress.
