What to expect

This is a special 90-minute tasting experience centered around a sake brewing project that the Okami (female proprietors) of Awara’s inns have passionately pursued for 11 years to preserve the town's culture.
You will taste the sake carefully prepared by the Okami themselves, alongside other local Fukui sake, with the Okami personally guiding you through the tasting.
Experience the stories unique to the brewers—the passion they poured into each bottle, and the background of Awara’s nature, seasons, and local culture.
Furthermore, this special experience includes four miniature pairing dishes featuring local Fukui ingredients, perfectly matched to each sake.
