The Roluos Group is one of the earliest temple complexes of the Khmer Empire and an important part of Angkor’s history. Located just outside the main Angkor area, the temples date mainly from the late 9th century, when Hariharalaya was an important early Khmer capital. The group includes Bakong, Preah Ko, and Lolei, featuring impressive brick towers, ancient carvings, and traditional Khmer architecture. Visiting Roluos offers a fascinating glimpse into the early development of Khmer temple architecture and a quieter experience away from the busier temples of Angkor.

Kompong Phluk
Kompong Phluk is a fascinating floating and stilted village on the edge of Tonle Sap Lake, offering an authentic glimpse into traditional Cambodian life.
