Ta Prohm is one of the most atmospheric temples of Angkor, famous for its ancient stone galleries, giant tree roots, and mysterious jungle setting. Angkor Thom, meaning “Great City,” was the last great capital of the Khmer Empire, built by King Jayavarman VII in the late 12th century.
