Click the link in the text message to receive instructions on meeting your driver. After collecting your bags, proceed to the Welcome Center, and press the Ready Now button to be connected with your vehicle. If you did not connect with the driver, please proceed to the Welcome Center in your arriving terminal and call extension#18 using one of the courtesy phones to connect directly with MySedan agent. Please make sure to provide your flight number, mobile phone number, and date and time of flight during booking

MySedan agents will check your flight details for any early or late arrivals; waiting time is included in the price as follows - Domestic flights – 45 min; International flights – 90 min
