In this 4-hour private tour, you will go off the beaten path to explore the New Territories of Hong Kong. Focus is placed on the historic Ping Shan Heritage Trail, starting with Hong Kong's oldest pagoda, Tsui Shing Lau. Thereafter, you will take an extraordinary journey through three villages, old temples and ancestral halls. Finally, learn about Hong Kong's local culture and day-to-day life in the fascinating urban Yuen Long District. By the end of the tour, you'll experience a different side of Hong Kong that you never knew existed!
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
IMPORTANT: If you had opted for hotel pickup, your guide will meet you directly at your hotel lobby at 10am, before setting out to Tin Shui Wai Station together. Please note that this will take up some of your sightseeing time. That said, as part of the tour, your tour guide will then help you to get orientated with Hong Kong's MTR system.
By default, the meeting place is at Tin Shui Wai MTR Station, Exit E3, Concourse Level at 10am. IMPORTANT: If you had opted for hotel pickup, your tour guide will meet you directly at your hotel lobby at 10am, before setting out to Tin Shui Wai Station together.
