Whether you’re surfing solo or with others, private lessons provide a dedicated instructor for each student. This one-on-one attention allows you to catch more waves, receive immediate feedback, and progress faster.
Beginners start with a 15-minute introduction covering safety, technique, and practice on the sand before entering the water. Intermediate, advanced, and experienced surfers head straight to the ocean after a short evaluation. We’re also the only surf school in the Punta Cana area offering lessons for all experience levels.
Lessons are divided into two sessions with a short break in between, allowing you to rest and reset before getting back in the water.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Round-trip transportation from any hotel in the Punta Cana area is included. Please confirm your pick-up hotel and send us your room number after you arrive. Pick-up time will depend on your location, from 30 to 60 minutes prior to your lessons start time.
What to expect
After hotel pickup, you’ll arrive at Macao Beach, get fitted with a surfboard and rash guard, and meet your instructor. Beginners start with a short on-the-sand lesson covering ocean safety, paddling, and standing techniques before entering the water. More experienced surfers begin directly in the ocean after a quick evaluation.
Throughout the lesson, your instructor stays by your side, helping you catch more waves, correct your form, and improve your technique. Private lessons are designed to maximize your time in the water, build confidence, and create an unforgettable surfing experience in Punta Cana.
