After approx. 3 hours arrive at the castle Hohenzollern, which rises majestically on a mountain peak. It is the ancestral seat of this former family dynasty. Enjoy the extraordinary location of this imposing castle. Its bastions offer a breathtaking panorama over the countryside. You will have enough free time to discover the mighty ramparts, the pathways, towers and the courtyard while taking amazing photos. Freshly baked cakes and Swabian specialties are available at the castle restaurant and the beer garden. Explore the splendid halls and rooms of the castle, with old paintings, precious porcelain, gold- and silver-smith works, and historical garments before going back to the original meeting point. In winter time Castle Hohenzollern offers an event which is called "Royal Winter Magic". During this time the castle is decorated with many Christmas ornaments. Visitors will be carried away into the Christmas world of royalty and majesties.
