FREE WAITING TIME
We understand that it sometimes takes time to exit the plane, claim your baggage, and get to the arrivals area. Our drivers will wait up to 60 minutes for you, free of charge, depending on your car class.
FLIGHT TRACKING
If you enter your flight number when booking, your driver can track your flight. This allows us to accommodate early or late arrivals.
Our drivers know Sarajevo inside out, ensuring you get to where you need to be in record time. Get from and to airport as quickly as possible, or take the scenic route and soak in the sights of the city centre. Our airport shuttle service operates 24 hours a day, meaning we're here for you whenever you need us.

Meeting and pickup
Your driver will have a sign with your name on it. He will be waiting 45 minutes after the flight lands. If you have trouble finding your driver, contact local support.
What to expect
It's important to say that our driver will be waiting for you even if your flight gets delayed.
Our support team monitors the flights of all our guests. This way, we ensure punctuality and save you time. If you book a transfer to the airport the driver will wait at the pickup address for 15 minutes in case you are late. At your request, we will form an offer tailored to your needs, respecting the level of vehicle quality and service. We are and will be your safe partner on every trip!
Choose from 3 suitable vehicle options that all give you the comfort and space your transfer needs. Select a Sedan or a compact MPV vehicle for groups of 3 passengers or fewer which can fit up to 3 standard-sized pieces of luggage. Book a minivan that can fit 8 standard-sized pieces of luggage for groups of up to 8 passengers.
