In the morning, arrive at Cala, a restaurant that offers a privileged view and location by the sea. Here, you participate in a demonstration class for a delicious Tiradito and the famous Pisco Sour. Tiradito is a Peruvian dish similar to ceviche, but it is made with fresh fish sliced thinly and marinated in lemon juice and chili, without onions. The Pisco Sour is an iconic Peruvian cocktail made with pisco, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg whites, and Angostura bitters. After the class, lunch is served on the terrace of Cala, where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean while savoring a typical Peruvian dish of your choice.
