While San Sebastian’s Old Town is undeniably captivating, it can also get pretty crowded—which is why locals usually head into Centro instead for their pintxos crawls. Then, join locals at the market bar for a glass of crisp Basque cider—poured by you in the traditional way straight from the cask to your glass—with a Spanish omelet and pintxo.
