When booking a private transfer from/to the Charlotte (CLT) Airport you will need to provide us with some additional information (such as a drop-off/pick-up address and desired pick-up time when the transfer is to the airport). Once your order has been completed on Viator, to ensure smooth airport transfer, we will reach out to you with a link you can use (and a number to call if you prefer speaking with a live agent) to provide the information. When selecting drop-off/pick-up location please choose the correct location from the list of choices given. The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time (for airport pick-ups, our system monitor you flight arrival time).

When your stay in Charlotte is over, you’ll be met at your hotel by a professional driver and driven in a comfortable private vehicle to the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (SLC). Choose from either a sedan, for up to three passengers, or a sports utility vehicle, for up to five passengers. This airport transportation service operates from Charlotte, Ballantyne or Huntersville.
