What to expect

When booking a private transfer from the Indianapolis Airport to Indianapolis City and the surrounding areas you will need to provide your flight details and your destination hotel name and address (

please choose the correct location from the list of choices given) so that we have accurate information to meet you at the proper pickup time and get you to your correct destination. The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per limousine.  It's that easy!

  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
  • Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
