    The trek begins in Imlil, a charming village perched at 1,740 meters and renowned as the gateway to the Atlas Mountains. From here, you’ll follow scenic mountain trails through the enchanting Tamatirt Valley, passing the traditional villages of Ait Souka and Tamatirt, built from stone and clay that blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. Along the way, breathe in the crisp mountain air and admire terraced fields, walnut groves, and sparkling streams. Your ascent continues to Tizi n'Tmatert Pass, reaching 2,280 meters, where sweeping views of the Imnan Valley unfold, revealing a tapestry of ancient settlements and rolling landscapes shaped by generations of Berber agricultural traditions.
