Pickup from your hotel or confirmed meeting point in Marrakech in the morning. Travel by vehicle through the High Atlas Mountains to Imlil, the starting point of the trek.
Arrive in Imlil at approximately 1,740 meters and meet your local mountain guide. Prepare for the trek and begin hiking through the Ait Mizane Valley, passing traditional Berber villages and beautiful mountain scenery.
Continue through Aremd, one of the highest traditional villages in the valley, while enjoying views of the surrounding High Atlas Mountains.
Continue along the mountain trail to Sidi Chamharouch, a small settlement on the traditional route to Mount Toubkal. Take a short break before continuing the climb toward the refuge.
Continue the ascent toward the Toubkal Refuge at approximately 3,200 meters. Enjoy lunch during the trek and arrive at the refuge in the afternoon. Settle into the shared mountain accommodation, have dinner, and rest before the early summit climb.
Wake up early at the Toubkal Refuge and have breakfast before preparing for the summit ascent. Meet your mountain guide, check your equipment, and begin the climb before sunrise.
Climb from the refuge toward the summit of Mount Toubkal at 4,167 meters, the highest point in North Africa. Follow your guide across steep and rocky mountain terrain. Weather permitting, enjoy panoramic views across the High Atlas Mountains before beginning the descent.
Descend from the mountain through the Ait Mizane Valley back toward Imlil. After completing the trek, meet your vehicle for the return journey to Marrakech.
Return by vehicle from Imlil to Marrakech and enjoy drop-off at your confirmed hotel or meeting point.
