We will track your flight to ensure your driver is there to meet you, whether your flight is early, on time or delayed. You will be met at the exit of baggage claim after customs in your arrival terminal. Look out for your name on an iPad screen held aloft by your driver. Additionally you will be sent an information message by text and email with contact details of your driver the day before your flight in case of any issue. Baggage Allowance. Up to 6 Passengers with 6 large suitcases and 6 carry-on suitcases. Plus standard hand baggage. Oversized luggage such as surfboards, golf clubs or bikes may have certain restrictions so please discuss these with our booking team ahead of time.

What to expect

Once you have booked your airport transfer you will receive a message from Tour Britannia to share our contact details and request information on your drop-off location.

Before your flight you will receive a follow up message to share your drivers contact details.

Tour Britannia will monitor your flight in real-time and adjust our pick up time accordingly.

Upon arrival at Heathrow your driver will be waiting to meet you at your terminal after you collect your bags and pass through customs. They will be holding an iPad with your name and the Tour Britannia logo.

Your driver will then escort you to the waiting luxury transport and load your bags while you settle into our comfy seats and log on to our onboard wifi.

Leaving Heathrow either enjoy our custom in-car entertainment system, take advantage of our expert drivers wealth of knowledge or simply sit back and relax as you are whisked to your London hotel.
