Please ensure your phone is switched on after disembarkation. If you have any trouble finding the driver, feel free to call or message us. We monitor cruise schedules and adjust pickup times if there are delays.
Meet your driver outside the main entrance of Horizon Cruise Terminal, near the taxi rank. They’ll hold a sign with your name. For help, call or WhatsApp us on +44 23 8192 0677. Let me know if you need a variation for a different terminal.
What to expect
Once you complete your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all trip details including pickup time, location, vehicle type, and driver contact information.

At the scheduled time, your driver will meet you at the designated location (e.g., outside the cruise terminal or hotel lobby), holding a name board for easy identification.

You’ll enjoy a comfortable and direct ride to your destination in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle. Depending on traffic and preferences, the route may include scenic countryside or direct motorways.

You will be dropped off safely and promptly at your requested location, such as the correct airport terminal, hotel, or address.
