Please provide your exact pickup location and contact number at booking so we can confirm the meeting time the day before your trip. Your chauffeur will meet you at the door or in the hotel lobby with a name board at the scheduled time, and we include a short grace period for any minor delays. If your plans change or you are running late, contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust the pickup where possible.

What to expect

1. Booking

- Once the booking is confirmed, they receive a confirmation email with the itinerary, contact details, and meeting instructions.

2. Pre‑trip confirmation

3. Pickup

4. Journey

5. Stops and waiting time

6. Return and drop‑off

7. After‑service
