    Baga Gazriin Chuluu is an amazing granitic formation surrounded by a plain, located 37 km from Delgertsogt Sum, Dundgovi province, and 250km (155,34 miles) away in the south of Ulaanbaatar. Driving from Ulaanbaatar takes around 4 hours traveling on good roads to Mandalgobi, and then a 2-hour drive on bumpy roads. Baga Gazriin Chuluu can be translated to” stone of the little place”, At a height of 1750 meters (1,09 miles), there are springs, ancient tombs, and burials, as well as caves paintings, and various statues and monuments. The highest point of the Baga Gazriin Chuluu is Takhilgiin Khavtsal (Canyon of Offering) at a height of 1,768 meters above sea level. There are also over 20 kinds of medical herbs like burnet, many kinds of world rare animals like marmot, ibex, gazelle, and mountain sheep.

    Tsagaan Suvarga (or White Stupa) and also known as Mini Grand Canyon, which was once a seabed that featured a sedimentary structure that was created over millions of years, in the landscape of Mongolia. Discover the unbelievable Tsagaan Suvarga (or White Stupa), which is located in Dundgovi (Middlegobi) province in southern Mongolia. It is over 60 m tall at its highest point and continues for an impressive length of 400 m. Standing on the top of canyon can take you back in time when humanity was not created. From a distance, the Tsagaan Suvarga looks like the ruins of a city or a building. It has been proven to be an ancient dinosaur land and home to giant animals. In addition to hills, sedges, straw, and buckwheat, the valley is rich in other Gobi plants, such as sagebrush and leek. This amazing attraction has become one of the best destinations in Mongolia for domestic and international tourists in recent years.

    Yoliin am, Gobi Gurvansaikhan National Park, GOBI Museum of Natural History of Dalanzadgad city

    The GOBI Museum of Natural History of Dalanzadgad city. The museum’s collection includes traces of human habitation in the South Gobi Province dating back 4,500-5,000 years, ancient relics and fossils unearthed in places such as Chuhor Ret Valley, Ongiin Khiid, Bayanzag, Khongoryn Els, and Tugrikh Jireg. It also features the exquisite works of famous Gobi craftsmen. Visitors can also explore relics from the Stone Age, Bronze Age, and Iron Age. The Gobi Desert is the land of dinosaurs, and it is the home for camel breeders rich with wildlife and vegetation. This well-appointed museum houses plenty of stuffed Gobi animals, and a collection of seashells and marine fossils (South Gobi was once beneath the sea). There is also an impressive skeleton of a Protoceratops and a dinosaur egg. Upstairs, look out for the tools and antiques used by a Mongol soldier in the imperial days.

    Yolyn Am

    It is located in the mountains of Züün Saikhan, 56 kilometers from Dalazadgad city, Omnogovi province. Yol Valley is the deep and narrow valley of Gobi Gurvan Saikhan Mountain. Yol Valley originally established to conserve birdlife in the region. But it’s now more famous for its dramatic and very unusual scenery. Here, travelers can discover permanent glaciers, endemic plants, and rare animals such as Siberian ibex, argali, or bearded vultures. Snow leopards and other predators also live in the Yol Valley area. The valley is elevated 2800 meters above sea level and covers an area of 64 square km. The length of Yol Valley is 8 kilometers. More than 620 species of endemic plants from Central Asia grow there. The park also houses many animals: Mongolian gazelles, Siberian ibex, mouflons, argalis, wild goats, and the very discreet snow leopard. In total, 52 species of mammals are registered in this area, among which eight are protected species.

    Gobi gurvan saikhan, Khongor Sand Dunes

    One of the most beautiful sand dunes in the Gobi is the Khongor Sand Dunes that extend more than 180 km (112 miles) with majestic heights of 15-30 m along the northern side of Sevrei and Zuulun mountain ranges. The largest dunes are northwest of the range up to 800 metres high The Khongor Sand Dunes are some of the largest and most impressive white sand dunes in Mongolia. The dunes make sounds like plane engine in a windy day so it has been named as “Singing Dunes”. You will see why the Gobi is that famous. Just the view, endless of the landscape. Climbing, playing on sand dune, and also riding camels.
