10:00 – 11:30 – Guided tour of the prestigious Bollinger cellars, located in the village of Aÿ. Discover the heritage and craftsmanship behind this iconic Champagne house, followed by a tasting of their signature cuvées.
11:30 – Head to Hautvillers, a historic village perched on the hilltops. The drive takes approximately 10 minutes (6 km).
11:30 – 12:00 – Explore the Abbey Church of Saint Sindulphe in Hautvillers. Founded in 665, the abbey was active until the French Revolution in 1789. Dom Pérignon perfected Champagne-making techniques here. Enjoy a quick stop at a viewpoint offering breathtaking panoramic views of the vineyards and the Marne River.
