I am Edgar, a certified local guide, and I invite you to discover the creativity of my country beyond the myth and fantasy of the Disney brew. We will relive the end of a nineteenth-century dictatorship that builds eclecticism to the emergence of an international architecture with pre-Hispanic features as a symbol of modern Mexico: revolutionary, creative and deeply proud of its roots.
Each space we will visit is a door to the past and a window into the Mexican soul, this is a tour to understand the aesthetics of 20th century Mexico.

Meeting and pickup
We will meet at the corner of the Museum of Popular Art (Revillagigedo and Av. Independencia) you will recognize two reliefs with pre-Hispanic black motifs. You can recognize us since I'll wear a palette tied to my head.
