To ensure a smooth and well-coordinated private transfer, please make sure the following information is provided after booking:
• Full names of all passengers (as required for the reservation)
• Flight number (arrival or departure)
• Hotel name and address (pickup or drop-off location)
• Airport name (e.g. Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gokcen Airport, Nevsehir Airport, Antalya Airport, etc.)
• A reachable WhatsApp number for coordination and updates
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you via WhatsApp to collect or verify these details. After that, you will receive clear meeting point instructions before your arrival. Please note that meeting point locations vary depending on the airport.
After your flight lands, passengers have up to 2 hours to reach the designated meeting point. If the passenger does not arrive within this time and no contact is established, the booking will be considered a no-show.
Important note about hotel locations:
Taksim and Old City (Sultanahmet area) hotels are considered standard city locations. Pick-ups or drop-offs outside these areas may require an additional fee. Please contact the local provider via WhatsApp in advance for confirmation.
