Your journey begins at 11:00 AM at the designated meeting point in Shinjuku. After gathering, we’ll set off on our adventure. First Stop: Enoshima – Island of Scenic Beauty and Spiritual Significance(about 100mins) Our first destination is Enoshima, a charming island known for its stunning coastal views and rich cultural heritage. You’ll have approximately 100 minutes to explore the island, including a visit to the Enoshima Shrine, where you can immerse yourself in the spiritual atmosphere and enjoy panoramic views of the Sagami Bay. Take a moment at the Lover’s Bell, where couples ring the bell for eternal love, and soak in the serene surroundings.
Ride the scenic Enoden Line from Enoshima Station through Kamakura Koko-Mae to Kamakura Station. This short journey offers ocean views, charming homes, and the nostalgic rhythm of old Japan. It's the soul of Kamakura in 15 minutes.
Third Stop: Kamakura High School Front – Slam Dunk Location(about 20mins) Our journey continues to the iconic Kamakura High School Front station, a must-visit for fans of the manga and anime Slam Dunk. Even if you’re not familiar with the series, the railway crossing with the ocean backdrop is a stunning spot for photos. We’ll spend about 20 minutes here.
Fourth Stop: Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine & Komachi Street(about 80mins) We then head to the Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, Kamakura’s most important shrine, where you’ll have 80 minutes to explore. Afterward, stroll down Komachi Street, a bustling area filled with traditional shops, modern boutiques, and local eateries, perfect for souvenir shopping and sampling local treats.
Fifth Stop: Yokohama – A City of Modern Attractions(about 2.5hours) Our final destination is Yokohama, where you’ll have 2.5 hours of free time to explore. Consider visiting the Yokohama Air Cabin for panoramic views of the harbor, or take a ride on the Yokohama Cosmo Clock 21 Ferris wheel. The Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse is another highlight(all entrance tickets excluded) Return to Tokyo: Wrapping Up a Memorable Day After a day filled with exploration, we’ll return to Shinjuku in the evening.
