Our English speaking tour guide, who has lots of experiences for more than 20 years hiking wild great walls in the mountains of northern Chinawith and rich historical knowledge, will take you on an epic journey on this unique section of wild walls deeply hidden in Taihang mountains. The geological form is a high mountain meadow with overgrown shrubbery. Most of the great walls are undeveloped, wild, rarely visited by travelers, and they have been standing there for hundreds of years washed by wind and rain. You will hike on or aside those walls through the mountains to reach breathtaking views and gain a lot of knowledge about ancient China history that will leave you with unforgettable memories.

This hike is designed for those who want a real adventure covering unrestored sections of the wild Great Wall by taking a full day out from your Beijing tour itinerary. The Stonehendge Wild Great Wall is about 2.5 hours from Beijing. You will be able to escape from the typical tourist attractions and experience a nature and architectural wonder. Standing on this barricade, where ancient warriors once stood, you will enjoy unforgettable views and imagine long ago battles between imperial armies of Ming Dynasty and nomads of the north. You only need a pair of hiking shoes and a backpack. We will supply bottled water but you need to carry 2-3 liters of water on your own. Transportation between hotels to mountainfoot and lunch are included.
