Jiankou is widely regarded as the most picturesque but unsafe section of the Great Wall. It is a well-known photographic hotspot and hiking destination. Our tour guide with rich historical knowledge will take you on an epic hike on this unique section of wild walls. You will hike the mountains to reach breathtaking views that leave you with unforgettable memories. Depending on your hiking ability and speed, the hiking time could be between 5 to 6 hours.

The key area of the wall was constructed along the ridges of steep cliffs. Therefore, only those who are in good physical shape should consider this hike. Following a route that would be almost impossible to find independently, your private guide will take you to a number of breathtaking scenic sites along Jiankou. You need a pair of hiking shoes and a backpack. We will supply bottled water but you need to carry 2-3 liters of water on your own. Transportations between hotels to mountainfoot and lunch are included.
