Meeting and pickup
Please exit from the Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo Station. The pick-up vehicle and driver will be waiting for you at the rotary directly in front.
What to expect
Your private luxury tour includes door-to-door transfer service between your hotel and each shopping destination. Before your tour date, you will receive a confirmation message with your pickup time and meeting location.
Meeting Point:
Please wait at your hotel’s car port (driveway) or main entrance outside the lobby at the scheduled time. Your driver will be easy to recognize, standing next to the vehicle holding a sign with your name or group name.
Greeting & Assistance:
Once you meet your driver, they will greet you and assist with your luggage if needed. This is part of the VIP concierge experience to make your day start smoothly.
During Transfers:
The private vehicle will take you comfortably between Ginza, Omotesando, Nihonbashi, Hibiya/Midtown, and back.
