Accompanied DA an experienced local Guide you will take a short and pleasant walk along a mountain stream in search of wild herbs. You will find out which ones are edible, how you can use them and which ones are DA be avoided. Finally some of the herbs collected will be added to the butter made together at that time. Followed by a tasting of butter spread on the pücia (typical local bread). As a greeting there will also be a recipe and a little surprise DA take home.
