What to expect

In this immersive cooking class with the talented chefs, you’ll start by being welcomed into their cozy home near Vatican City, where you’ll learn about the fresh, local ingredients central to Roman cuisine. The class begins with a hands-on pasta-making workshop, where you’ll craft tagliatelle from scratch, guided step-by-step by the chefs as you knead, roll, and cut the dough. Next, you’ll prepare a robust ragù sauce to pair with your fresh pasta, learning traditional techniques along the way.
