Begin your journey by meeting the chef at the market, where you'll explore the vibrant stalls brimming with seasonal produce. As you stroll through, you'll sample fresh ingredients while learning about regional food traditions and sustainable practices. Along the way, the chef will introduce you to their trusted vendors, offering insights into the finest local products.

Once you've gathered your ingredients, head to the kitchen for a hands-on cooking lesson in traditional pasta-making. You'll master the art of crafting fettuccine from scratch, using time-honored techniques to roll, cut, and shape the pasta. The chef will guide you in preparing a rich, rustic ragù to accompany your handmade fettuccine.

For dessert, the chef will share expert tips for creating a classic tiramisù, Italy's beloved coffee-flavored treat. After your lesson, sit down together to enjoy your dessert, paired with a robust cup of Italian coffee, rounding off the perfect Roman culinary experience.
