- First course: Seasonal crostini, either with creamy chicken liver or marinated tomatoes from the local market
- Second course: Handmade ravioli filled with Gorgonzola and walnuts
- Third course: Farfalle pasta tossed in a rich sauce of Tuscan sausage and sweet peas, plus caponatina, a sweet-and-sour medley of eggplant, peppers and zucchini with juniper
- Dessert: Classic tiramisù with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, whipped mascarpone and cocoa

The venue has green shutters. The chef will be waiting for you outside the house with a sign COOKING CLASS. The venue is 35 minutes by car or cab from the city center of Florence. Please note that the venue is not accessible by public transportation.
