This exciting 3-day, 2 night trip takes you into the heart of Uganda’s wilderness with the thrill of sighting the Big 5 in and near Uganda’s oldest national park, fulfilling a wildlife enthusiast’s dream. It also provides a memorable adventure on the world's longest river, the Nile. Viewing aquatic game as you cruise towards the bottom of the Murchison Falls and an up close experience of the top of the falls, dubbed the world's most powerful falls.

After an early breakfast, our driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel or at your place of residence, he will brief you about your wildlife safari. You will go through the Luwero, and arrive at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking commencing your Big Five Game Count. Lunch follows the thrilling trek. After lunch, you will continue on your journey to Pakwach near Murchison Falls National Park for check-in and refreshment. Enjoy dinner served over an evening campfire amidst friendly chatter.
After an early breakfast, embark on a morning game drive across the 3840 sq km Murchison Falls NP savanna, spotting nocturnal animals returning from their hunt and the legendary Big 4: hyenas, antelopes, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, and lions.
After the morning game drive, you will transfer to a Nile River boat cruise towards the bottom of the Murchison Falls, listening to hippos and observing diverse bird species en route. This ride brings you close to Nile crocodiles, buffaloes, waterbucks, giraffes, Uganda kobs, and elephants, along with goliath herons, kingfishers, and weaver birds. The boat trip brings you near the thundering Murchison Falls, also known as Kabalega Falls after the legendary Bunyoro Omukama(king) the falls, considered the most powerful waterfall in the world. Return for lunch within the park.
After lunch, take a short dive to the top of Murchison Falls, best known as the most powerful waterfall in the world. Every second, the equivalent of 200 bathtubs full of water is forced through a gorge less than seven paces wide. The pressure is so great that the ground trembles around it. Take in the view and bathe in the mist of the thundering water as it lands on the rocks down below. You will then drive back to your lodge for dinner and rest. You will encounter more wildlife as you drive out of the park.
After a fulfilling breakfast, check out of your hotel and journey back to Entebbe, reminiscing on the rewarding safari experiences. Lunch will be provided enroute.
