It won't be the usual tasting. We will get our hands dirty between the rows, learn how the vine survives the high tide and understand together why a wine that comes from salt has a taste that you will not forget.
What will we do? An hour of real work in the vineyard (practical agronomy, no filters). Guided tasting among the vines: my wines and the stories of those who, like me, brave the lagoon every day.

Meeting and pickup
There is a private boat available that can be requested at the time of booking at a cost of €120 return.
If you arrive independently, you will find yourself at the boat stop with which you arrive from Venice (Fondamente Nove stop) with line 13
What to expect
We will talk especially about Dorona, an ancient native grape variety of Venice that is grown only in the islands of the lagoon in limited quantities. The particularity of the wines is given by a unique terroir, where the roots of the vine meet with a salty soil, giving life to a wine with iodized and brackish sensations.
