Customers are encouraged to be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Our driver has a maximum waiting tolerance of 15 minutes from the agreed time. After that time, it will be considered as a “no-show” of the customer, and the service may be cancelled without the right of refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
