Meeting and pickup
Hotel pickups are between 7:45am and 8:30am however you will be contacted by email the evening before the tour with a more specific pickup time. The email provided at the time of your booking is a Viator/TripAdvisor email so if you do not receive it, please check your Viator/TripAdvisor app for messages or contact us directly. We also have a pickup location at Yonge-Dundas Square
Please check in at the Visitor Information Kiosk on the square when you arrive. The kiosk is located on the South end of the square close to the Shoppers Drug Mart.
