What to expect

Enjoy the smell of rice cooking in a donabe (Japanese earthen pot) in our renovated building from a classic Japanese house.
Grill our local specialties like Shinshu salmon and bacon on a shichirin (Japanese charcoal grill), perfect for snacking.
When you’re feeling hungry, make your own onigiri with the freshly cooked rice.
Enjoy our miso soup made with local vegetables nurtured by the spring water from the forests of Kitayatsugatake.
