Pickup Location : Complimentary pickup is available from hotels located in popular areas, including Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Kerobokan, Batu Belig, Sanur, Ubud, and Canggu (outside of these areas, will be subjected to the additional charge at IDR 250.000/car) Pickup Time : Please be ready at your hotel lobby 5-10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Exact pickup time will be confirmed after booking. How to Recognize Your Driver : Your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby and will be holding a sign with your name for easy identification. Important Notes: - Please ensure you provide your hotel name and address during the booking process to arrange your pickup. - If your hotel is located outside the designated pickup zones, additional charges may apply, or we can arrange a nearby meeting point for your convenience.
