Your Bali adventure starts with a seamless airport pickup! Please provide your flight number and arrival time when booking. After collecting your luggage, proceed to the Arrivals Hall. Our driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it, just outside the customs exit. We'll wait for you up to 1 hour after your scheduled arrival time. If your flight is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible.
