Old Quarter
For guests booking the tour from Hanoi: Pick-up service is available from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM at hotels or homestays in Hanoi Old Quarter, or at the Hanoi Opera House for guests staying outside the area. The drive to Halong Bay takes about 2.5 hours, including a short break along the way.

Tuan Chau Island
For guests not using our transfer service and booking the cruise from Halong: Please arrive at Lot 28, Tuan Chau Marina by 11:30 AM for check-in and meeting point. (If you arrive later, you may miss the cruise departure.) At 12:00 PM, enjoy a warm welcome at Heritage Cruises Lounge – No.28 Tuan Chau International Marina, where you’ll be served light refreshments before boarding your luxury cruise.

Halong Bay
At 12:30 PM, board the Heritage Cruises, enjoy a welcome drink, safety briefing, and check-in to your suite. Lunch is served at L’Indochine Restaurant while cruising through the stunning, untouched Lan Ha Bay with its majestic limestone mountains.

Lan Ha Bay
Around 3:00 PM, the cruise reaches Ba Trai Dao or Tra Bau area (depending on weather), where guests can enjoy kayaking or swimming in the clear waters of Lan Ha Bay. Return to the ship by 5:30 PM to relax and watch the sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin with a cocktail. Join afternoon tea and a Vietnamese cooking class at 6:30 PM, followed by a romantic dinner at 7:30 PM. End the night with squid fishing or a drink at the rooftop bar, and stay overnight onboard the luxury Heritage Cruises.

Lan Ha Bay
At 6:15 AM, start your day with a refreshing Vovinam session on the sundeck, followed by a light breakfast at 6:45 AM. Around 7:15 AM, take a bamboo boat to explore the stunning Dark and Bright Cave, admire the sparkling stalactites, and immerse yourself in the peaceful beauty of Lan Ha Bay.

Hạ Long Bay
Around 9:00 AM, return to the cruise for checkout and enjoy a relaxing brunch at 10:00 AM while sailing back to the mainland. By 11:00–11:15 AM, arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, disembark, and continue your onward journey after a memorable Heritage Cruises experience.

Note: Guests booking the Heritage Cruise from Halong (without transfer) will finish the 2-day cruise at Tuan Chau Marina between 11:00 AM and 11:15 AM. Transfers to Hanoi or Halong City are available upon request for added convenience.

Old Quarter
For guests booking from Hanoi: After disembarking at Tuan Chau Marina, board the limousine or bus for a comfortable return to Hanoi via the expressway. You will be dropped off at your hotel or stay in the Old Quarter between 2:15–2:30 PM, marking the end of your 2-day, 1-night Heritage Cruise exploring Halong and Lan Ha Bays.
