Visiting Tikal with this tour is an unforgettable experience that immerses you in Mayan history and nature. Tikal, a World Heritage Site, covers 16 km2 and more than 5,000 pre-Hispanic structures. It was a powerful city of the Classic period, political, economic and ceremonial center. The tour includes iconic monuments such as the Great Jaguar Temple, Plaza Mayor, the Lost World and Temple IV, with epic views over the jungle. The tour combines archaeology, adventure and contact with local flora and fauna. In addition, you will enjoy views of Lake Petén Itzá during the journey and, if your flight is overnight, you can explore the charming Isla de Flores before the final transfer to the airport.

We begin the experience by picking up our passengers directly at the door of their hotel on the Isle of Flowers or in the central area, at 07:30 a.m. We also offer departure from Mundo Maya International Airport at 07:45 a.m., for those arriving by air. At the end of the Tikal tour, we return participants to the same starting point: your hotel or the airport, as appropriate. For passengers on overnight flights, we offer a complimentary transfer to the Isle of Flowers, where you can enjoy free time to explore this charming destination. The final transfer to the airport takes place at 6:00 p.m. This additional visit does not include a guide, but allows you to close the day with a relaxed and cultural experience.

    Start your day with the comfort of picking you up directly at the door of your hotel in Flores or, if you arrive by air, at Mundo Maya International Airport. From there, start a scenic journey to one of the most impressive archaeological treasures in the world: Tikal. Along the way, you will enjoy views of Lake Petén Itzá and the jungle landscapes that surround the region. At the end of the tour, passengers with evening flights are transferred directly to their airline counter, while those staying return comfortably to their hotel. For those flying at night, we offer a complimentary transfer to the charming Isle of Flowers, where you will have free time to explore its cobbled streets, craft shops, lakefront cafes and viewpoints with spectacular views.     Tikal National Park

    Guided tour of Tikal. Prepare for a full immersion in Mayan history, architecture and nature. Accompanied by an expert guide, you will walk trails surrounded by living forest, where howler monkeys, toucans and coati accompany your step. During the tour you will visit: Central Acropolis: a set of palaces and temples that housed the rulers of Tikal. Temple of the Great Jaguar: Solemn icon that dominates the Plaza Mayor Temple of Masks (II): in front of the Jaguar, it offers a panoramic view ideal for photos. Plaza Mayor : ceremonial center where rituals, markets and political meetings were held. Acropolis of the North: ancient area with royal tombs and Preclassic structures. Temple of the Priest Jaguar (III): engulfed by the jungle, evokes priestly mysticism. Lost World Square : an astronomical complex with pyramids connecting heaven and earth. Temple IV (Ticephalous Snake) – the highest in Tikal, with epic views over the oil forest.
