Our meeting point will be at Café Condesa, opposite Antigua Central Park. Look for the yellow building with the 'Cafe Condesa' sign. If you are coming by car, park near the park and walk to the cafe in the southeast corner of the park. Meet me there to start the tour.

Its cobblestone streets, churches and historic convents, such as the Cathedral of San José and the Convent of the Capuchins, transport you back to the past. The city is famous for its well-preserved colonial architecture. The Arch of Saint Catherine and the Church of La Merced are iconic examples. In this tour you will visit the church la Merced where, you will walk the iconic street of the arch, visit the Cathedral, the central park with its famous fountain, you can appreciate the processes of making two very important products for the Maya visiting a chocolate factory and one of jade.
