After collecting your luggage, please turn on your phone. Your chauffeur will contact you with the exact pickup location. For curbside service, proceed outside to the Arrivals / Ground Transportation / Passenger Pick-Up area and wait at the designated pickup zone for your terminal. For meet-and-greet service, your chauffeur will meet you inside the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Pickup points may vary slightly by terminal and airport traffic procedures.

We monitor your flight in real time, so if your plane is delayed, your driver adjusts automatically — no extra charge. Once you're ready, your chauffeur will assist with your luggage and take you directly to your Manhattan destination via the most efficient route.
