Each year, a group of artists is commissioned to create dozens of ice sculptures for the snow hotel, and our guests also have the opportunity to try their hand at sculpting ice. During your visit, you’ll learn about the techniques behind snow and ice construction and enjoy a three-course meal by a glowing fire. This package is perfect for anyone who enjoys learning new things, is interested in art and culture, has a taste for Lappish flavours, and wants to experience something truly Arctic.

Celery-apple soup with spruce bud oil

Glow-fried salmon with Lappish potatoes
Sautéed reindeer with potato mash and lingonberry jam

What to expect

You will take part to our Ice sculpting workshop at the resort and you get to hear about the annual construction of one of the world’s largest snow hotels. - Note that the SnowHotel is opening on the 15th of December.
