Kota Restaurant menu:
Starter:

Celery-apple soup, spruce bud oil and roasted onion
Main course options (please choose one):

Salmon glow-fried by the open fire, roasted Lappish potatoes and leek, dill-tartar sauce and anis pickled cabbage-onion salad

Traditional sautéed reindeer, Lappish potato mash, pickled cucumbers and lingonberry jam

Cabbage rolls, white bean pure, vegetables and soy-syrup sauce (vegan)

Dessert:

Apple-caramel pie, apple jam, cinnamon seasoned oats and white chocolate sauce

Please note our meeting points are outdoors, so remember to dress warmly. The shuttle will pick you up in front of Snowman World. If you'd like to be picked up from the City Center, Arctic TreeHouse, Ounasvaara Chalet or Lakituvat, just let us know—we'll confirm your pickup time.
