Please be ready 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time in the main lobby or entrance of your accommodation. If you are staying in a gated community or private residence, please provide exact details and directions when booking, and we will coordinate the nearest pickup point. For guests arriving by cruise or staying outside the pickup zone, we can arrange a meeting point—just contact us in advance.
