What's Included
Meeting and pickup
For Keflavik Airport, the driver will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Please wait inside the terminal after collecting your luggage
For Curise Terminal, pickup is directly outside the main terminal building at the designated passenger pickup area. Please be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
What to expect
This private transfer covers both directions - airport to port and port to airport - at a flat rate for the whole vehicle. Travelling solo or with a group of eight: one price, one private vehicle, exclusively for your group from door to door. Your driver meets you with a name board in the arrivals hall at KEF or at the cruise terminal, handles your luggage, and delivers you directly to your destination with no shared passengers and no intermediate stops.
For arrivals at KEF, your driver tracks your flight in real time - delays are never a problem. For cruise port pickups, please provide your vessel name and estimated disembarkation time at the time of booking so we can coordinate the pickup precisely.
Please note: Keflavik International Airport (KEF) is Iceland's main international airport, located approximately 45 minutes south of Reykjavik city centre and approximately 60 minutes from Reykjavik Cruise Port. It is not the same as Reykjavik domestic airport (RKV).

- KEF is not the same as Reykjavik City Airport (RKV), which serves only domestic routes.
- Reykjavik Cruise Port is located in the Miðbakki harbour area, approximately 10 minutes from central Reykjavik city centre.
- If your vessel docks at an alternative pier, please contact us at the time of booking so we can confirm the correct meeting point.
