What to expect
We invite you to be part of this exclusive excursion where you can walk alongside them for an hour with a specialized guide who will inform you all about the life of these fantastic and beautiful animals.
After checking in at the office, at the tourist pier (Av. Naval Prefecture 410), we will begin the bus tour to Hammer Island through National Route No. 3; along the way we will be able to appreciate the predominant vegetation: lenga forests and coihues, turbs and mountains. We will take Complementary Route J to get even deeper into the forests until we reach the area where we embark to begin the true adventure.
Once there, we will take the semi-rigid zodiac that will take us to the island. After a 15 minute sailing, we will walk 1 hour visiting the Papuan penguin and Magellanic penguin colony with the guide and finally return to undertake the return to the city of Ushuaia contemplating a warm sunset.
DAY TUESDAY, HARBERTON STAY CLOSED. THERE IS NO BATHROOM SERVICE OR COFFEE SHOP.
