We depart from Richards Bay at 7.30am and head to St Lucia Estuary for a Hippo and Croc Boat Cruise. As you cruise through the calm waters of the St Lucia Estuary, you'll spot pods of hippos lounging in the shallows and crocodiles basking on the riverbanks. Surrounded by lush mangroves and birdlife, this cruise is a unique way to experience the biodiversity of South Africa’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site. After the boat cruise we take a short lunch break before heading back to Richards Bay.
